    A: We add fresh finds to our collection weekly or bi-weekly! Check back regularly so you don’t miss out on new arrivals.

  • Q3: What condition are the clothes in?
    A: We carefully inspect every item to ensure it’s clean and in good condition, free from major flaws. Minor signs of normal pre-owned wear might be present. See our Quality Control page for details.

  • Q4: How do I know the size and fit of an item?
    A: Finding the right fit is key! We provide detailed measurements in centimeters (cm) for every clothing item. You’ll find these measurements listed in the product description AND shown visually on a measurement board in the product photos.   • Q5: How do I place an order?
    A: It’s simple! Browse our collection online, add the items you like to your cart, and then proceed to checkout. You’ll need to enter your delivery details to complete the order.

  • Q6: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: We currently accept the following payment methods:

    • Mobile Money Transfer (Telebirr, CBE)

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Q7: Where do you deliver? How much does delivery cost?
    A: We deliver orders to addresses within Addis Ababa. We offer multiple delivery options with different flat-rate fees. We also provide FREE delivery for orders that meet a minimum purchase amount – this amount will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

    A: Delivery time depends on the specific delivery option you choose at checkout. However, we work fast! All deliveries within Addis Ababa are completed within 24 hours of placing your order.
