  • Payment Methods:

    • We accepted cash on delivery, bank transfers, and (soon) Chapa.

    • Payment is due immediately at checkout unless its cash on delivery or bank transfer.

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including (but not limited to):

    • Pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

    • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We reserve the right to issue refunds via an alternative method (e.g., gift card or bank transfer) at our discretion.

3. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics, weather, or customs are not our responsibility.

  • Lost/Damaged Items: We bear the risk of loss/damage until the item is delivered to you.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

    • Hack, spam, or disrupt the website’s functionality.

    • Resell items purchased from our site for commercial purposes without permission.

    • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data.

5. Liability & Disputes

  • Limited Liability: We are not liable for:

    • Website errors (e.g., incorrect pricing, stock glitches).

    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from site use.

  • Dispute Resolution:

    • First, contact us to attempt mediation.

    • If unresolved, disputes will be governed by Ethiopian law and settled in courts in Addis Ababa.

  • Ownership: All logos, product images, and website content are owned by Gabi.et. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Scraping/Copying: Copying, scraping, or reproducing site content without written permission will result in legal action.

8. Pre-Owned Items Disclaimer

All pre-owned/thrifted items are sold “as-is” with all flaws disclosed in product photos/descriptions. No returns/exchanges unless we sent the wrong item.

We are not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Power outages, natural disasters, or courier strikes.

  • Government restrictions or pandemics.
