Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Overview
Exchanges are only allowed for eligible items within strict timeframes. No monetary refunds are provided, exchanges will be issued as a gift card or swapped for the same item (if available).


2. Eligibility & Timeframes

  • Request Deadline: You must notify us via email or a call within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery to initiate an exchange.
  • Processing Time: Allow up to 14 days for your exchange/gift card to be processed after we receive your return.

  • Strict Enforcement: Late requests or incomplete submissions will be denied.


3. Conditions for Exchange

  • Brand New Items:

    • Must be unused, unwashed, free of odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, or body odor) and with original tags attached.

    • Final Sale: Underwear, socks, earrings, swimwear, and hats cannot be exchanged (hygiene reasons).

    • Defective Items: Provide photo/video proof of flaws (e.g., broken buckles, stitching errors) within 48 hours.

  • Pre-Owned/Thrifted Items:

    • No returns/exchanges unless we sent the wrong item.

    • All flaws are disclosed in product photos/descriptions—inspect listings carefully before purchasing.


4. Exchange Process

  1. Email/Call Us: Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the item (for defects)

    • Reason for exchange

  2. Approval: We’ll confirm eligibility within 24 hours.

  3. Ship Back:

    • We cover return shipping costs only if the exchange is due to our error, such as:

      • Defective/damaged items (e.g., broken buckles, manufacturing flaws).

      • Wrong item shipped (e.g., incorrect size, style, or product).

      • Undisclosed damage on pre-owned items.
        You’ll be reimbursed for return shipping costs after approval.

  4. Resolution:

    • If exchanging for the same item: We’ll ship it once your return is approved.

    • If unavailable: A gift card for the amount you paid will be emailed.


5. Final Sale Items (No Return)

The following cannot be exchanged:

  • Underwear, socks, pierced earrings, swimwear, hats.

  • Pre-owned items (unless we sent the wrong item).


6. Gift Card Details

  • Value matches what you paid. 

  • No expiration; non-transferable; cannot be combined with promotions unless stated.


7. Important Exceptions

  • Damaged/Lost Tags: Items missing original tags will be rejected.

  • Wrong Sizes: We’ll swap sizes only if available; otherwise, a gift card will be issued.


8. Fraud Prevention

  • All returns are inspected rigorously to ensure the item matches the original order.

  • Customers who misuse this policy (e.g., swapping items, false claims) will be blacklisted.
